David Rann is a Black Country-based professional photographer working in Art/Portraiture. He also regularly undertakes commissioned portraiture, as well as boxing, commercial, stock, and event photography. 

He graduated from University of Wolverhampton in 2007 with a BA (Hons) First Class in Photography and completed an MA Fine Art at Wolverhampton in 2009, specialising in photography and video. David teaches photography at Birmingham Botanical Gardens and mac, as well as at Fotofilia, the photography-only gallery/studio/training complex that he runs in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, where photographers and photography students can make, show and learn about photography.


In his personal practice, David is especially interested in portraiture, documentary, historical/alternative printing processes, lomo and iphoneography. He is a member of the Bureau of Freelance Photographers.
